1. Turn the change-over switch handle to the “manual” state; Start the electromagnetic vibration feeder and adjust the thyristor feeding current, that is, gradually increase the feeding current from small to large. With the increase of feeding current, the host current will gradually increase and the fan current will gradually decrease. At this time, how to judge whether the host has reached saturation state? There are two situations a and B:

a. If the wind force of the blower is large enough (there is surplus), it must be adjusted with the rated current of the main engine as the critical point: that is, when the feeding current increases to the main engine current close to the rated current, it is the maximum production capacity. After being stable for two minutes, turn the change-over switch handle to the “automatic” state and adjust the intelligent current relay: first rotate the left knob on the intelligent current relay panel to the left (general direction) to 2 / 3 of the whole stroke; Then adjust the fine-tuning knob on the right side of the panel: turn left and right to make the red light and green light flash alternately. This is the maximum saturation point.

b. If the wind force of the blower is not large enough, it will be adjusted with the blocking of the main engine as the critical point: that is, when the feeding current increases, the main engine current gradually increases, and the fan current gradually decreases. When it decreases to a certain extent, it tends to a constant value. This is the critical point at which the fan is blocked. If the feeding is increased again, the fan current will drop significantly. The main engine current at this point is the maximum production capacity. After stabilizing for two minutes, turn the change-over switch handle to “automatic” state. Adjust the intelligent current relay: first turn the left adjustment knob on the intelligent current relay panel to the left (general direction) to 2 / 3 of the whole stroke; Then adjust the fine-tuning knob on the right side of the panel: turn left and right to make the red light and green light flash alternately. Here is the maximum saturation point, and the adjustment is completed.

If the machine is blocked during commissioning. Remember the current value of the main engine at this time (the next critical point is slightly lower than this value). Shut down and clean the air duct, and then make the above adjustment.

2. Valve adjustment of residual air duct:

When manually adjusting the valve of the residual air duct (i.e. the adjustment of the zero pressure surface of the air flow), when the regulating valve is too large (i.e. when the residual air is discharged too much), too much gas is sucked into the feed inlet, resulting in large energy loss, and increasing the burden of the pulse collector at the same time. If the regulating valve is too small (i.e. the discharged gas is too small) and the zero pressure surface is too high, the gas will overflow from the feed inlet and affect the environmental health of the workshop. The correct method is to adjust the regulating valve so that no dust escapes from the feeding port and a small amount of air is inhaled.
