3. During the use of micro-powder grinding, there should be fixed personnel responsible for the custody, and the operator must have a certain level of technology. Micro-grinding must perform the necessary technical training for the operator before installation to understand the principle performance of the micro-grinding mill and familiar with the operating procedures.
4. After the micro-powder is used for a period of time, it should be repaired.
At the same time, the wearing parts such as the grinding roller and the blade are repaired and replaced. The grinding roller device should be carefully checked before and after the use to check whether there is looseness and whether the lubricating grease is sufficient.
The common faults and troubleshooting methods of micro-grinding, the faults that occur during the use of ultra-fine grinding can be processed as follows:
1, no powder or no powder, low yield.
(1) The locker is not adjusted well, and the seal is not strict, causing the powder to suck up.
(2) The blade is worn out and the material cannot be shovel.
(3) Air duct blockage
(4) The pipeline leakage seal is not good.
(1) Check and adjust the seal of the locker and find that the air leak should be scraped.
(2) Replace the new blade.
(3) After the airway material is cleaned, it is re-cut.
(4) Seal the pipe.
2. The finished powder is too thick or too fine.
(1) The blade of the analyzer is seriously worn and does not have a graded effect.
(2) The fan air volume is not appropriate.
(1) Replace the length of the blade and turn off the air volume of the small fan to solve the rough.
