working principle

The motor drives the reducer to drive the vertical mill disc to rotate. The ground graphite chips are sent to the center of the rotating mill disc by the air lock feeding device. Under the centrifugal force, the graphite chips move towards the periphery of the mill disc and enter the grinding roller table. Under the action of roller pressure of vertical mill, graphite fragments are crushed by extrusion, grinding and shearing. At the same time, hot air is sprayed from the wind ring around the grinding plate at a high speed and uniformly upward. The superfine graphite powder after grinding is blown up by the high-speed air flow at the wind ring. On the one hand, the coarse graphite powder is blown back to the grinding plate for grinding again, on the other hand, the suspended superfine graphite powder is dried, and the fine powder is brought into the separator by hot air for grading. The qualified superfine graphite powder flows out of the mill with the air, and is collected by the dust collection equipment, which is the product, Under the action of separator blades, the unqualified coarse graphite powder will fall back to the grinding plate and be reground together with the newly fed materials, so as to complete the whole process of grinding operation.
