The whole sand and gravel production system includes four parts: feeding system, conveying system, crushing system and screening system.
Feeding system: generally, vibrating feeder equipment is used to supply stone materials;
Conveyor system: belt conveyor or plate conveyor, etc;
Crushing system: the heart of the whole set of equipment is composed of multiple crushers, which break various ore raw materials into finished materials with required particle size, generally including jaw breaking, impact breaking, cone breaking, sand making machine, etc;
Screening system: circular vibrating screen or linear vibrating screen and other screening equipment.
The whole sand and gravel production process is as follows: large pieces of materials are sent to EBO for initial comminution by the feeder, and the comminuted materials are sent to fine crushing – counterattack crushing or cone crushing for secondary comminution by the conveying equipment, and then the comminuted materials are sent to the screening equipment for screening. The finished products that meet the grain size are sent to the finished products pile, and those that do not meet the requirements are sent back to the crusher for further comminution.
When designing the whole sand aggregate production process, we can refer to these principles: ① multi-stage crushing; ② The processing capacity is matched at the front and rear levels; ③ Transfer bin design; ④ The material size is matched at the front and rear levels; ⑤ More screening and less breaking, more breaking and less grinding; ⑥ Determine the belt according to the output and transportation height difference; ⑦ Flexible site layout. These principles can help us design a production line with high input-output ratio.
