Daily maintenance and maintenance of superfine grinder
1. The ultra-fine grinder runs every week or so, and needs to be shut down to check whether the filter dust is blocked, and clean the filter coated dust bag.
2. Bearings are marked with oil filling, and high temperature grease is filled regularly to lubricate and maintain the bearings.
3. Before production, run the machine empty and check whether there is any abnormal noise in the equipment. After one or two months, stop the machine and check whether the solid parts are loose.
4. Before stopping each shift, load the empty machine and discharge all materials in the machine cavity.
