How to achieve better energy saving and emission reduction in the production of pulverizers

Time: 2021-12-25

Today, when the environmental protection situation is extremely severe, all walks of life are looking for ways to save energy and reduce emissions in order to achieve the goal of improving the environment. For the cement industry, on the one hand, the emission of dust and other pollutants is reduced through the treatment of leaks, better dust collection equipment, and better technological means; on the other hand, it saves resources and reduces the upstream Pollution, while achieving the goal of reducing costs. The cement industry is a major consumer of coal and electricity, and energy saving and consumption reduction is a major issue for cement companies. In recent years, cement companies have made gratifying achievements in power saving by grinding and heat recovery by calcination. As a result, many articles have appeared in the newspapers, but there are relatively few energy-saving fans.

The reason is simple. For a complete cement production line, the installed power of fans accounts for almost half of the total installed power. If the work efficiency of various fans can be increased by 1%, the electricity consumption per ton of clinker or cement can be reduced by more than 1.5 kilowatt-hours. Not a small number. The following author talks about the ways and methods of energy saving for fans based on my own experience, hoping to arouse more attention.
Lack of management mainly refers to indifferent thoughts, such as air leakage from the chassis, air leakage at the shaft head, too lazy to remove it, thinking that it will not affect production; the dust on the wind blade causes vibration, and it is not cleaned, and the ground feet are loose or fastened. Couplings I didn’t adjust after running in the center, thinking that the operation was okay, and there would be no accidents, so I made adjustments slowly and so on. In fact, whether it is vibration, air leakage, or other energy, it will increase the consumption of inaction.
In order to solve the difference between the design and fan selection and the actual system working conditions and the system’s variable working condition requirements, we have used valves and couplers to perform balance or variable working condition adjustments in the past. These adjustments are widely used in systems with large changes in operating conditions or relatively large fan capacity.
